Icehouse Capital is a segregated portfolio whose Segregated Portfolio Company is registered as a mutual fund under the Mutual Funds Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.

This structure has been chosen by the founders to allow investors from various jurisdictions to invest simply and easily whilst also minimising fund management and administration costs.

The fund is not available to persons in any jurisdiction where an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy participating shares in the fund is unlawful to make such an offer or sale.
